National and International Shipping and Handling Fees are determined by the size of the artwork.
MDMA by Sara Pignatelli ships artworks worldwide.
We ship orders within 3 business days of an order received and will email the tracking information once available.
SALES TAX, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All prices stated on our website are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax will be added if artworks are sold and shipped within Portugal.
Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes. Please inquire about international shipping, duties and taxes if you have questions and we will assist to the best of our ability.
AVAILABILITY
We sell one of a kind vintage pieces and unique artworks. Our website is frequently updated. The products on our site is generally available for immediate delivery.
However we do not guarantee that the products on our site is available as we also sell at pop-ups and receive purchase requests directly from customers. We do our best to provide you the best possible service and update our website accordingly.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All artworks arrive with a certificate of authenticity and are signed by the artist.
ARTWORK INSTALLATION
All artworks on canvas are ready to hang unless otherwise noted. The artwork description indicates if a work is framed and ready to hang.
If an artwork indicates it is without wooden frame, we offer professional framing for an additional fee.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal payments.
GUARANTEE
Artworks should arrive in good condition. If the artworks don’t arrive in good condition, please notify us immediately and keep the packaging for carrier inspection. Please provide full name, address, and order number so we can process your claim in an efficient and timely manner.
RETURNS
Original artworks are non-returnable unless they do not arrive in good condition.
LICENSING
The purchase or rental of an artwork does not imply that the buyer owns the license to use the image for commercial purposes unless requested. A copy of the artist release will be supplied upon request.
The artist maintains the rights to the image unless otherwise agreed upon.
License to use the artwork of MDMA by Sara Pignatelli in any form for commercial purposes, an additional cost will apply.
